When my check engine light came on, I noticed my engine started making some noise, and eventually, the car died on me. After getting it towed to their shop, the team promptly diagnosed the issue and informed me that my timing chain had snapped.
They conducted a thorough diagnostics and teardown of the engine, and then they notified me that I would need a new engine. What impressed me most was their transparency and willingness to provide multiple options for replacement, including a brand new crate motor and used engines with various mileage and warranty options.
